I took THREE days off school, and would you believe that my classroom DID NOT fall apart!
Nothing is on fire.
The world did not end.
Here’s the thing, Dear Teacher, YOU MATTER! And pushing through any sickness (even when it’s not COVID) is actually not okay (shock freakin horror!).
I'm over here practicing what I preach.
My health with always be more important than that meeting, that statistical inquiry my class are doing or even that assembly I was meant to talk at.
I’ll be back on Monday (if I’m ready).
